Lead Handyman

Full-time – Salary: $750.00 to $1000.00 /week

This is a full-time position with a talented group of remarkable people who are doing extraordinary things in customers’ homes every day. You will be expected to perform home maintenance tasks and punch lists, both large and small. We complete everything from bathroom remodels to small item punch lists around the house.

This opportunity pays by the job. That is to say: the better you are, the more you make. Our guys average $750-$1000 a week based on their abilities with bonus opportunities. If you are a self-starter and motivated with the right skill set, this is the place for you.

Requirements:

Candidate must have their own tools and transportation (work truck) and the skills to work on typical household repairs, including exterior trim and wood rot repair, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs, deck rebuilding and repair, tiling, walls and floors, and minor plumbing and electrical work

Must have:

• 10+ years of experience
• Valid driver’s license (with a good driving record)
• Reliable work truck transportation
• Smartphone
• Passed background check
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
